Beautiful rug made with intense colors and precise, tiny stitches. Features a central medallion marked by zig-zag lines and an stripped pattern alternating between bands of red and gradated colors. Wool on cotton weft, very tight weave. Fringe is knotted cotton string. Rugs of this sort became highly desirable in the deco age due to the popularity of Mexicana fashion pioneered by Diego Rivera and Frieda Kahlo. Measures apprx 95"H x 37-1/2"W.

Beautiful transitional-style rug features a large diamond-shaped central medallion flanked by two smaller ones on a heather grey ground. Colors include black pink, pea green, and red. Ends are marked by a series of stripes and a knotted fringe. Tight wool weave on a cotton wove. Possibly from Chimayo. Measures apprx 83"H x 52"W.

Soft blanket features a pattern of eight serrated diamonds in black, purple, orange and gray. Central section is filled in red and edges are cream, marked with brown boxes. Ends feature stripes of red, grey black, blue and pink. Tight wool weave. Corners have tassels. Colors and patterns show influences of the Navajo Germantown blanket and the Mexican serape, thus a cross of the two cultures which populated the New Mexico land area in the early 1800's. Measures apprx 77"H x 44"W.
